2002 - The San Carlos Fine Arts Association is proud to present the
31th Annual Festival of the Arts, on September 7th & 8th
from 10:00 am - 5:00 pm, in San Carlos City Hall Park, on the corner
of Elm and San Carlos Avenue.

PRESS RELEASE from San Carlos Fine Arts Association - 2001
This local, community wide event is one of the best kept secrets
of the Peninsula art society. In addition to the breathtaking display
of fine arts and hand crafts by resident artists, the Fair features
entertainment by local favorites Anna Fitzgerald School of Ballet,
Stewart Tartan Pipes & Drums and The Capo Brothers, as well as
a regional troupe of belly dancers and the Big Band sound of The Serenaders.
To compliment the Celebration of 30 years of Art in the Park, fabulous
Fair food will be provided by the San Carlos Lions. The Senior Center
of San Carlos will be hosting a Pancake Breakfast on Sunday morning,
from 8:30 am through 11:00, at the Center.
Over 30 local San Carlos merchants have donated merchandise and gift
certificates for the Festival Raffle; the Raffle is held throughout
both days of the Fair. Once again, the kid's art contest and activities
are provided by the Art Association & Kollage Community School
